The idea to build eco-towns is very good. It is great that there are possibilities for the creation of the complexes which provide themselves with all the necessary things without polluting the world around us. Also what is pleasing is that it is not a single project. 

From the architectural point of view it is a modern complex in hi-tech style nevertheless I think it lacks elegance. When you look at rough working cavities you get an impression that the building is just about to fly up. Details of the mechanisms should not draw attention, it is better to hide them.
